Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We’re proud to fulfill all clothing orders with our friendly third-party partner, Tapstitch Print-on-Demand, ensuring high-quality, made-to-order products. Our custom iron-on patches are made locally in Austin, TX and are fulfilled by the Calling in Sick team.

Order Processing

Because each item is made specifically for you:

  • Processing Time:
    Most orders are produced and prepared for shipment within 2–7 business days.
    (Production times may vary slightly during peak seasons or holidays.)

  • Multiple Item Orders:
    If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on the production timeline for each item.


Shipping Times

At this time, we only ship merch domestically. The estimated shipping times for clothing, after production are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S. Domestic) : 16–20 business days*

  • Special Line: 7–14 business days

  • Special Line Pro: 5–12 business days

For iron-on patches, shipping can be expected with 5-10 business days.

Please note: These are estimates provided by our print-on-demand partner Tapstitch. Actual delivery times can vary due to postal delays, customs processing, or high volume periods.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Clothing is fulfilled and shipped directly from our friendly production company, TapStitch, and iron-on patches are fulfilled and shipped from our office.

You may be charged two separate shipping fees. This is because the Iron- On Patches and Clothing are shipped separately from different locations.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number(s) (clothing is shipped independently and separately from custom patches).Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to update your address and your order has not entered production, please contact us as soon as possible.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Confirm the shipping address

  2. Check with neighbors or household members

  3. Contact your local post office

If the package is lost in transit, we are happy to help file an inquiry. Replacements may be issued at our discretion.


Returns & Exchanges

Because your items are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

However, we will replace items that arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
