Common FAQs
1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options shown at checkout.
2. Why is there two shipping fees?
Patches and clothing are shipped from two separate locations. Depending on your order this may result in two seperate shipping fees.
3. Do you offer international shipping?
No. We are only shipping in the United States right now. We are hoping to open it up internationally soon. So stay tuned!
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package’s progress.
5. What is your return or exchange policy?
We do not except returns or exchanges.
6. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us with your order number and a photo. We’ll fix the issue right away.
7. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location. Orders are customized and created after purchase. Due to costomization orders are sent to production first and than shipped. Productoin takes 2-5 business days and than is shipped as soon as possible. You should receive your order in 8-16 days.

8. Can I cancel or change my order?
Please double check your order and adress before submitting. Due to customization once orders are sent to production it is difficult to cancel. Contact us as soon as possible if you have any issues.
9. How do I know which size to choose?
Check our size guide for measurements and fit details.
10. Do you restock sold-out items?
Most items will be restocked! Follow our socials for updates. (some items may be limited edition and won’t be restocked.)
